Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop!

Diddy is very busy trekking state to state with the entire Bad Boy Family performing and entertaining sold out crowds. During the tours stop in Washington D.C. (September 22nd) at the Verizon Center. Sean “Diddy” Combs donated $1 million to the Howard University’s School of Business to jumpstart The Sean Combs Scholarship Fund. The generous contribution comes ahead of the HBCU’c 150th anniversary in March of 2017. The scholarships will begin in the fall semester of 2017 for undergraduate Business major who maintain a 3.0 GPA and who are in need of assistance paying for the program.

The university’s president Wayne Frederick released a statement saying, “The scholarship fund that Mr. Combs has established at Howard will help provide life-altering opportunities for our students, particularly at a time when many come to Howard struggling to meet ever-increasing financial needs. The University is grateful for Mr. Combs’ ongoing efforts to open doors for talented, hard-working individuals and improve their chances of navigating the way to personal and professional fulfillment.

Combs, himself attended the university for a duration of two year back in the 90’s before he left to pursue other business endeavors. In 2014 the school awarded him with an honorary doctorate degree.
